About Me
Originally from Germany, I moved to the UK in 2021 and now call Cambridge home. With a background in International Management and several years of experience in recruitment and contract management, I’ve always thrived on organisation, structure, and clear communication. And I bring all of that into my work as a Virtual Assistant.
Before starting Ritter Virtual Assistance, I worked at a personnel service provider in the life sciences industry. My role involved contract negotiation, freelancer support, and overseeing projects in both German and international markets. It was fast-paced, people-focused, and detail-driven. Everything I loved. But I realised I wanted more freedom to work directly with small business owners, helping them lighten the load.
Why I do what I do
My mission is simple: to make your life easier, your business smoother, and your time more valuable.
Running a business is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming. I’ve seen how many entrepreneurs struggle to stay on top of everything while still trying to grow.
